Temporary to Direct Placement: We recruit the talent you need and enable you to make sure it's a fit before making a long-term employment commitment.

Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs: We do all the legwork to help you access the broadest and deepest pool of talent possible, and enable you to benefit from streamlined processes and consistent, standardized pricing throughout the duration of their engagement. We on-board, manage, and off-board entirely to suit your needs. What is the difference between regular temporary staffing services and having a Managed Service Provider (MSP) program?
Acro is able to meet your needs whether you need traditional staffing or an MSP program. Often we find that organizations are utilizing the services of multiple staffing companies. When that is the case, agency administrators are inundated with various billing processes, pay rates, and performance tracking systems.

The aim of the MSP program is to streamline that. If you have multiple staffing sources, Acro can manage all your staffing suppliers, streamline processes, standardize pay rates, consolidate invoicing, provide consistent performance metrics, and save you money. With standardized data you can more easily make staffing decisions in real-time and implement changes without needing to rebid programs.

Even if you're not using multiple providers, Acro's MSP program can provide access to a wider network of talent for hard-to-fill positions than typical staffing solutions provide.

What is the process to set up an MSP program?
At the outset of our relationship, we gather in-depth details about your organization, operations, needs, and goals. Throughout the life of the program, we continue to refine and update it to meet your evolving needs.

Can we use Acro's MSP program for only certain parts of our staffing needs?
Yes. You can adopt the program however works best for your operations.

Our agency has stringent pre-employment requirements. Can you take care of them?
Yes. We are accustomed to working with public organizations and can meet your needs for transparency, accountability, specialized security clearances, and specific pre-employment screening, drug testing, background checks, skills testing, and evaluation.

If we work with you, can we continue to use our present suppliers?
Yes. We aim to make transitioning to our services as seamless as possible, and we want to leverage the existing resources you have. Your suppliers must agree to the terms of the U.S. Communities contract, and they will be evaluated for compliance with performance metrics the same way all suppliers are evaluated. Becoming a part of this program can be win-win for your existing suppliers, as they also benefit from streamlined processes and pricing.

Any qualifying organization, including state and local government entities, public agencies, school districts (K-12), higher education institutions, and nonprofits, can work with Acro through the U.S. Communities contract.

My state requires local governments to bid everything. Can I use this program without going through a bid process?
Yes. This contract has been competitively bid by a government agency, Maricopa County in Arizona. Through the Joint Powers Authority or an inter-local agreement, local governments can "piggy-back" on this competitively bid contract through U.S. Communities. This satisfies the competitive bid requirements in most states. Check your own state's laws on intergovernmental purchasing to be sure.

Is there a fee associated with joining U.S. Communities?
No. There are no costs or user fees to access U.S. Communities pricing.

Can more than one person at my agency register?
Yes. Multiple users can complete the standard registration process. The system will automatically associate users with the same TIN under one agency account. Alternatively, existing users can add new users from within their account.
